Jim Harris Services

Jim came on board with us as a consultant during a very complicated program model redesign process. He proved an extremely quick study, diving into the documents, processes, and history of another state's child welfare and protective services system. Throughout the time Jim aided us, showing himself to be a caring advocate for kids, as a well as a fair and able moderator.

Accreditation Assistance

Working along with colleagues who are accreditation surveyors, Jim and the team provide assistance to child welfare agencies that wish to pursue accreditation. Services are all encompassing, from an initial review of agency policies and protocols, to designing major plans and ensuring agency compliance with accreditation standards, to preparing for the survey visit. The process can take one to two years.
